Your Solar PV system incorporated the following main components:
Photovoltaic Modules
A solar module consisting of the assembly of photovoltaic solar cells that have been electrically connected and laminated in highly durable weatherproof frame.
PV Power Inverter
The inverter connections Direct Current (DC) power produced by the array to Alternating Current (AC) power which then feeds your homes main electrical system.
AC Isolator
This Switch allows the PV array to be isolated from the main panel board.
DC Isolator
This Switch allows the PV array to be isolated from the inverter. This switch should always be turned off at times of maintenance or service.
Electrical Meter
Your system includes a total generation meter. This will accumulate the systems performance over the 25 years.
Consumer unit
A small consumer unit is placed adjacent to your mains electricity providing a circuit breaker.
