Monitoring & Reports (DSMS)
Solar doctor will remotely monitor your solar photovoltaic installation daily. We will send monthly reports to a nominated person within your organization. Our monitoring system compares the irradiance from the sun to your actual performance so you can easily identify any issues. Monitoring and control of the installed PV system is essential to track performance and ensure that the maximum yield (and therefore ROI) of the system is achieved.
Solar doctor comprehensive remote monitoring service records the performance of the PV system and shows how much electricity the system has produced and the income. Your account (see below) can be viewed on our website using your unique log-in account.
Periodic Electrical Condition Reports
Every Electrical Installation deteriorates within time. It’s important that every electrical installation is periodically inspected and tested by a competent person. It is recommended in BS:7671: 2008 (regulation 135.1) that every electrical installation is periodically tested and inspected.
As part of the solar photovoltaic Solar doctor will inspect the AC and DC solar installation annually presenting the nominated person with a electrical installation certificate annually. This will not only check the safety of the installation but also help prevent any unscheduled downtime and equipment deficiency. The arrays earthing arrangement will be visually and mechanically checked and tested within this annual inspection.
